Our hand-tied bouquets are arranged and delivered by courier beautifully presented.
Next day and 7 days a week delivery is offered in most areas.
Out of area postcodes can take 48 hours to deliver. The below excludes bank holidays. Our calendar will show available delivery dates around bank holidays.
Returns
Due to the perishable nature of the items we sell, we do not accept returns.
If in exceptional circumstances you are unhappy with the standard of your bouquet, please Contact Us here. We will do our best to respond within 24 hours and resolve the situation.
Please ensure that you get in touch with us as soon as possible and within two days of receiving the bouquet due to the perishable nature of the items we sell in order for us to effectively deal with your query.
If you have a complaint about the standard of your flowers or incorrect order received, we will require photographic evidence to support the claim. Our customer service team will then assess the claim and get back to you within 24 hours.
Please note that any refund issued will take approximately seven working days after issue to enter your account.
You are not entitled to reimbursement of costs for delivery.
Bouquets & Beans has the right to deduct an amount for diminished value of goods.
